1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Interview Intelligence website and the purchase of interview preparation packs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We recommend reading them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Service description

We produce written interview preparation materials tailored to the role, firm, and candidate profile you provide. Packs are delivered as PDF documents within the turnaround window stated for your selected tier. Turnaround begins once we confirm receipt of your complete submission (CV, job description, and any required context).

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete documents and context. The quality and relevance of your pack depends on the quality of your submission.
• Confirm your interview date and any timeline constraints at the point of order.
• Review the delivered pack and raise any revision requests within 7 days of delivery.

4. Revisions

Each pack includes one round of targeted revisions at no additional cost, covering corrections, clarifications, or adjustments within the original scope (same role, same firm). Requests to change the target role or firm after delivery constitute new scope and may require a new order.

5. Intellectual property

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the delivered pack for your own interview preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the pack commercially. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from our work to improve our service.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in GBP with approximate conversions shown for convenience. Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed and your submission is received.

7. Delivery

Turnaround times are tier-dependent estimates, not guarantees. We make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines and will notify you proactively if a delay is expected. Express delivery options are available on select tiers.

8. Limitation of liability

Interview Intelligence provides preparation support materials. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or career advancement. Our total liability for any claim related to a pack is limited to the price paid for that pack. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
