Refund Policy

Our policy on cancellations and refunds.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before we have started research or drafting, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days. We will confirm whether work has commenced.

After work has started

Each pack involves significant research and writing time from the moment production begins. Once work is underway, refunds are not available because the work product is tailored to you and cannot be reused. This is consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption for personalised goods and digital content where production has begun with consent.

Quality concerns

If your delivered pack contains factual errors, missing sections, or does not reflect the brief you submitted, we will resolve the issue. Every pack includes one round of targeted revisions at no extra cost. If a revision does not resolve a documented quality issue, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis — this may include a partial refund or credit towards a future order.

Scope changes

Changing the target role or firm after order submission requires new research and drafting. This is treated as a new order and is not covered by the original purchase. If you need to change direction before work starts, contact us immediately and we will accommodate where possible.

Express delivery orders

Express surcharges are non-refundable once the accelerated timeline has been committed to, even if the underlying order is cancelled before delivery.

How to request a refund

Email hello@interviewintelligence.net with your order reference. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
